Carrie is now able to offer her clients integral sound therapy as part of her existing Reiki practice. Having completed foundation of Integral Sound Healing Multi Instrument training she is certified by the Sound Healing Academy.
Reiki with Sound therapy is a powerful combination that aims to achieve a deeper level of experience. This unique practice integrates the amazing benefits of Reiki with the calming effects of sound therapy to help you to deeply relax and to restore balance of mind, body, and spirit.

Usui Reiki supports the body’s natural healing energy system. A gentle and relaxing holistic therapy that utilises spiritual life-force energy with an aim to bring the body and mind back into a balanced and natural calm state.
Carrie is fully certified as a Reiki Master having completed training in Reiki Shoden & Okuden level and Shinpiden levels in the practices of both Eastern and Western Reiki - Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho and Usui Reiki Ryoho. She has received all required attunements (at each level) in-person by an approved Usui Reiki Master recognised by the UK Reiki Federation. Both her Eastern and Western lineages link back to Dr Mikao Usui.
Carrie is also a member of the Reiki Association and participates in regular Reiki shares with fellow Reiki Practitioners.
